On March 26, our guest speaker was Kyle Shumacher of www.CalienteHotSauce.ca who told us how he and his partner Ivan developed, refined, and produced a bottled hot sauce. It was an interesting story of how the sauce was developed locally in a small kitchen and has gone on, in two years, to producing 1000's of bottles yearly, which are sold in grocery stores and markets all over BC.
