Rotarians Colleen Fennell and Marvel Holmes took on the five kilometre Coldest Night of the Year challenge. Our Rotary club did donate directly to the CNOY fund-raiser, but Colleen and Marvel also took on a personal challenge of matching club donations, which they achieved. . They chose to have part of their walk take in the Rotary Trail, one of the first official trails in Salmon Arm.
Thanks to all who supported the CNOY walk. The Shuswap Food Action Society will make good use of the dollars raised to increase food security in our local area.
