District Governor Karl Reuther and his wife Denise visited our club on Monday 11 July. DG Reuther's message to the club for the 2022-23 year was very positive. He assured us that District 5060 is healthy, that there is an increasing emphasis on youth, and suggested several concepts for forming new clubs. He also encourage the club to take part in his DG Project of planting a pollinator garden.
DG Reuther also participated in the induction of two new members: Emily Roy, sponsored by Jourdyne Mason and Jenna Robins sponsored by Rob Marshall. The picture includes DG Reuther wearing his pollinator hat, Rob Marshall, Jenna Robins, Emily Roy, Jourdyne Mason, and Assistant Governor Penny Brown, who conducted the induction.
Finally, DG Reuther presented two Paul Harris Fellowships, a pin and certificate to Deb Archambault, and a PHF & to Isabel Reinertson.
