At a recent Zoom meeting, our Club was updated on Project Peanut Butter.
Our speaker was : Dr Dennis Spurgin, Rotary District 5330 Project Peanut Butter Chair. Project Peanut Butter began 20 years ago and provides RUTF (Ready to Use Therapeutic Food) for malnourished children in poor countries, including Malawi, Ghana and Sierra Leone. The program targets under 3 years of age The food is inexpensive, locally produced, easy to store and easy to use Our Club has been supporting this program for the last few years.
